Home Health Aide 

We are expanding our team – come grow with us! V-Tech Solutions, inc. is looking for multiple Home Health Aides to provide high quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes, and to ensure that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting 

• Help clients with mobility and transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair 

• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding, if necessary 

• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning 

• Accompany clients to medical appointments or on errands, if necessary 

• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professional 

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients 

• Follow the care plan developed by the client's healthcare professional and report any deviations from the plan 

• Document all services provided and any changes in the client's condition 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Completion of a district or state-approved home health aide training program 

• Certification as a home health aide 

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred 

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Compassionate and patient demeanor 

• Ability to lift and move clients as necessary 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

Working Conditions: 

• Work is typically performed in the client's home 

• May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays 

• May be exposed to unpleasant odors, sights, and sounds 

• May be required to lift and move clients, which may require bending, stooping, and kneeling 

• May be required to use personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks, when providing care
