Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Our ideal candidate will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. 

  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments and medications. 

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. 

  • Offer professional leadership, guidance, and support to fellow healthcare staff. 

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff. 

  • Adhere to ethical and legal nursing standards and always maintain patient confidentiality. 

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. 

  • BLS. 

  • DC RN license. 

  • Prefer one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting. 

  • Requirements specified for specialty units. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:  

The position may involve extended periods of standing or sitting, the use of standard office or clinical equipment, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and potential local travel. Work settings may vary from office-based to hospital or community environments depending on the role.
