Position Summary: The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for overall category management and trade marketing. Develop and execute various trade marketing programs, working closely with sales to drive sales and brand awareness.

·        Analyze the dietary supplement/silver category landscape and identify sell-in opportunities

·        Build a comprehensive view of the competitive marketplace; making fact-based recommendations for channel/customer strategy through market analysis

·        Create sales tools, including sell sheets, pitch decks, collateral (tradeshow materials, brochures, displays, etc) to empower the sales team, drive retailer engagement and sales/category growth

·        Create category management presentations to assist in gaining distribution in new retailers, door expansion, secondary aisle placement with both current portfolio and new product launches

·        Create and develop promotions and activations to support channel specific initiatives

·        Create trade marketing briefs for agency/internal creative team for new asset development

·        Partner with sales to manage key tradeshow strategy and preparation

·        Create and execute brand assortment, merchandising, promotion and pricing recommendations

·        Manage trade marketing budget to ensure effective of allocation of resources

·        Develop and implement marketing strategies using AI tools and technologies

·        Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate AI solutions

 

Education and Experience:

·        BA/BS in marketing, MBA preferred

·        5 - 7 years marketing experience

·        Must have CPG experience, dietary supplement industry a plus

·        Knowledge of marketing analytics and tools to measure and optimize brand performance

·        Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.

·        Proven experience in using AI tools and technologies in marketing

·        Strong understanding of AI applications in digital marketing, such as predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing

·        Detail oriented and well organized

·        Excellent problem solving and communication skills

·        Able to handle multiple projects and set priorities in order to meet deadlines
