Sales Manager | Direct Hire position $60,000 – $85,000k | On-Site Aston, PA

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a full-time, office-based Original Equipment Manufacturer sales position located in Aston, PA.
 
A day in the life of a Sales Manager

• Manage a group of national sales representatives, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts and system integrators.

·       Attend both national and international trade shows, industry events and conferences.

·       Define project scope, prepare quotations, execute order entry, and follow up all projects.

• Prepare and present technical presentations and/or white papers to various audiences. 
• Regular travel across the country to perform customer consultations, prepare and provide technical solutions to engineers, plant managers and maintenance teams in plastics processing factories.
• Communicate, train and travel with sales representatives within a given territory. 

Requirements for the Sales Manager position

• 8+ years of sales, marketing, or project management experience in a technical B2B (Business to Business) company, highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings & schematics    
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with sound attention to detail. 
• Maintain adequate technical knowledge of company products as well as competitors’ products within the industry.
