Puzzle Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to support our teams in Georgia, Texas, and Illinois.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to support the growth, onboarding, and operational success of our clinical providers across assigned regions. In this role, you will partner closely with regional and clinical leadership to ensure a smooth provider experience from interview through launch and beyond. This position emphasizes coordination, communication, and clinical workflow support, offering a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on care delivery within a PM&R-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- · Conduct interviews with prospective clinical providers across assigned regions, supporting hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- · Coordinate onboarding for new providers, ensuring clarity around credentialing requirements, expectations, workflows, and start dates.
- · Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) and Directors of Training to align on training schedules and provider launch timelines.
- · Ensure seamless handoffs from onboarding to supervising Rehab Clinical Supervisor (RCS) team members to support continuity of leadership and care.
- · Support productivity monitoring and ensure completion of 30-, 60-, and 90-day provider reviews in alignment with operational and clinical goals.
- · Serve as a primary resource for provider workflow questions and general clinical guidance during onboarding and early ramp-up periods.
- · Educate new clinicians on the value, structure, and workflow of the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program.
- · Partner with operations and clinical leadership to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, consistency, and provider experience.
- · Support broader operational and clinical team needs as required to drive continuity, quality, and scalable growth.
- · Utilize HIPAA-compliant systems and tools to document, communicate, and coordinate effectively across teams.

- Required Skills

-Master's degree in Nursing and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from an accredited program.
-Active, unrestricted NP license in the relevant state(s) of employment, with prescriptive authority.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PM&R, geriatrics, post-acute care, or a related field; experience in nursing facilities strongly preferred.
-Strong clinical skills in assessing and managing barriers to recovery, including rehabilitation, pain, and chronic conditions.
-Excellent communication and time-management abilities to handle brief, efficient patient encounters.
-Proficiency with EHR systems and remote documentation.
-Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and consistency.
