About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with experience in population health platforms such as Innovaccer, Arcadia, or Lightbeam. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end development of analytics solutions, including data engineering, dashboard development, and insight generation to support population health management and value-based care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate population health data from multiple sources.
· Develop interactive dashboards and reports using population health platforms and BI tools.
· Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for improving care quality and cost efficiency.
· Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
· Support strategic initiatives related to risk stratification, care gap closure, and quality measure performance.
· Document processes and provide training to stakeholders on analytics tools and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience working with population health platforms (e.g., Innovaccer, Arcadia, Lightbeam).
· Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering concepts.
· Hands-on experience with dashboard development using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
· Proven ability to generate actionable insights from complex healthcare data.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with healthcare quality measures (HEDIS, Stars, ACO metrics).
· Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
· Knowledge of predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
