About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst/Consultant with expertise in Epic systems to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Epic modules, and experience translating business needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
· Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data extracts using Epic tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle) and other BI platforms.
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Provide subject matter expertise on Epic data structures and workflows.
· Support optimization initiatives and participate in Epic upgrade or enhancement projects.
· Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for BI development.
Required Qualifications
· Extensive Epic experience in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules).
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on Epic experience in a healthcare setting.
· Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
· Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Epic Certification in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules).
· Experience with healthcare analytics and regulatory reporting.
· Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
· Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics.
