We’re looking for an individual who will…

·       Design and implement a retail development strategy for the Downtown neighborhood in the City of St. Louis, with input from neighborhood stakeholders

·       Identify and recruit prospects in the retail industry to locate in Downtown

·       Work closely with state and local partners to build competitive proposals for retail prospects that include real estate options and financial incentives

·       Oversee the Downtown Retail Incentive Program in partnership with the St. Louis Development Corporation
