Broad Statement of Responsibilities

Join our innovative team as the Manager of +PLUS by APN, where you'll lead our cutting-edge interventional psychiatric and wellness services program. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic leadership for our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT), and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) services—transformative treatments that are changing lives daily.

As the program manager, you'll create an exceptional patient experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with the highest standards of care. You'll collaborate with our expert clinical providers to drive program growth, optimize service delivery, and champion the continued evolution of our +PLUS services.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the groundbreaking +PLUS program, including TMS, KAT, and HBOT services
  • Orchestrate seamless patient scheduling for evaluations, consultations, and treatments in partnership with licensed providers
  • Ensure exceptional patient flow, scheduling accuracy, and adherence to operational best practices
  • Facilitate insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and required documentation
  • Track and analyze program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients, addressing program logistics, treatment expectations, and financial processes
  • Conduct engaging orientation meetings that prepare patients for their treatment journey
  • Create a supportive, compassionate environment that puts patients at the center of everything we do
  • Ensure proper completion of informed consent, financial agreements, and essential documentation
  • Support patients with rating scales and program-related forms
  • Collaborate with clinical providers to deliver exceptional +PLUS services
  • Maintain operational compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Coordinate patient monitoring during treatment sessions according to provider guidelines
  • Promptly escalate clinical concerns to appropriate licensed personnel
  • Provide administrative leadership for +PLUS technicians and support staff
  • Coordinate with nursing staff in partnership with the Medical Director
  • Support staff development through training coordination and performance feedback
  • Foster a collaborative team environment among multidisciplinary professionals
  • Drive program growth through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Research and implement innovative strategies to expand +PLUS services
  • Track leads and optimize the revenue cycle in collaboration with admissions and billing teams
  • Help achieve departmental productivity benchmarks and growth goals

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with interventional psychiatric services (TMS, KAT, HBOT) preferred, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support these innovative treatments

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong leadership abilities with proven success managing programs and team performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Clear, professional communication style when interacting with patients, staff, and partners
  • Experience with insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and revenue cycle workflows
  • Adaptability and comfort with addressing challenges constructively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications

Physical Requirements

  • Routine mobility including standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking
  • Regular periods of sitting while working at computer/phone workstations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
