South Lincoln Medical in Kemmerer is looking for a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RT who enjoys being hands-on clinically and helping lead a small, close-knit department.

The Role!

You’ll still be doing what you love — respiratory care — while also helping guide the department day-to-day.

That includes:

• Providing respiratory care for patients across all age groups

• Supervising and supporting RT staff

• Helping train and onboard new RTs

• Overseeing equipment, supplies, and department workflow

• Vent management, oxygen delivery, treatments, ABGs, EKGs

• Participating in quality improvement and department initiatives

• Taking call on a rotating basis to keep things covered

It’s a leadership role, but not a “desk-only” job — you stay involved clinically.

What They’re Looking For

• Current Wyoming CRTT or RRT license

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Comfortable working independently in a rural setting

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Calm, patient-focused approach (even when things get busy)

• Team-first mindset with a positive attitude

Prior leadership experience is helpful, but not required — they’re open to RTs ready to step into that next level.
