What You'll Do
- Conduct engaging property tours and present floor plans to prospective residents

- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract qualified leads
- Leverage social media platforms to showcase community amenities and renovations
- Maintain accurate leasing records and meet occupancy targets
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds resident expectations
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure seamless resident experience
- Stay current on market trends and competitive positioning
