Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional property tours and deliver compelling presentations to prospective residents
- Process lease applications, negotiate lease terms, and close sales to meet occupancy targets
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds resident expectations and builds community loyalty
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract qualified leads
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to increase community visibility
- Collaborate with property management team to optimize operations and resident satisfaction
- Attend community events and engage in networking to build brand awareness
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or Leasing Manager in Class A apartment communities
- Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Availability to work 3-4 Saturdays per month (community closed Sundays)
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
