We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for our high-end residential lofts and mixed-use retail spaces. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of 100 high-end loft units and mixed-use retail spaces
- Lead resident relations and customer service initiatives to ensure resident satisfaction and retention
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain quality residents
- Leverage social media platforms to promote the community and engage residents
- Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Handle leasing, lease renewals, and resident communications
- Monitor property performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Required Qualifications
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated sales and leasing expertise
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and local regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing historic or mixed-use properties
- Social media marketing and digital marketing experience
- Experience with luxury or high-end residential communities
- Knowledge of Atlanta's real estate market and neighborhoods
- Event planning and community engagement experience
