Join a dynamic team managing a premium 300-unit Class A multifamily community in Pooler, Georgia. We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead our community and deliver exceptional resident experiences. This is an ideal role for a seasoned professional ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your leadership directly influences resident satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all property operations for a 300-unit multifamily community, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulations
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives while maintaining competitive positioning in the market
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and accountability
  • Develop and implement resident retention strategies that maximize lease renewals and community satisfaction
  • Oversee resident relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to create a positive living environment
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain property standards, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and ensure community amenities are well-maintained
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive positioning to optimize rental rates and occupancy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily residential communities
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and resident retention
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with property management software - Yardi or Onesite
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Background verification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
  • Experience managing Class A multifamily communities
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with revenue management and pricing optimization
