We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead our community and deliver exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all property operations for a 300-unit multifamily community, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulations
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives while maintaining competitive positioning in the market
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and accountability
- Develop and implement resident retention strategies that maximize lease renewals and community satisfaction
- Oversee resident relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to create a positive living environment
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain property standards, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and ensure community amenities are well-maintained
- Conduct market analysis and competitive positioning to optimize rental rates and occupancy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily residential communities
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and resident retention
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management software - Yardi or Onesite
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Background verification required
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
- Experience managing Class A multifamily communities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with revenue management and pricing optimization
