Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager for a 300-unit Class A Apartment Community in Homewood, AL. This is your chance to lead a high-performing property, drive occupancy through strategic marketing and exceptional customer service, and make a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the 300-unit apartment community, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and targeted sales initiatives
  • Lead resident engagement and customer service excellence, fostering a positive community atmosphere
  • Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relations
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to attract prospective residents and build community brand awareness
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Maintain and optimize property systems using Yardi or OneSite property management software
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven Property Manager experience in multifamily residential communities
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing with a track record of driving occupancy
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
  • Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
