Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartment units and community facilities
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues before they escalate
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide emergency maintenance support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and community standards
- Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and community policies
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Environmental Protection Agency)
- CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator)
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Proven experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing or electrical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building systems and appliance repairs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
