Experienced Bilingual Front Office Medical Receptionist

Our Wildomar office is hiring for an Experienced Bilingual Front Office Medical Receptionist. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities for front office:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule and cancel appointments
  • Collect co-pays
  • Travel to multiple offices when needed include but not limited to Moreno Valley, Norco, Eastvale and Corona

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant
  • Familiarity with EHR
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Communication skills as you will be working with physicians and the office team.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
  • Bilingual- Spanish is a must
