What Does The Job Entail
We're looking for a Junior Copywriter to join the Rhone creative team.
Rhone exists to empower those in relentless pursuit of whole-person progress. We make apparel that keeps up with your life, from the workouts that test you to the everyday moments that matter most. Our copy needs to do the same.
We're looking for someone curious, collaborative, and excited to grow. Someone who sweats the details, thrives on feedback, and brings more than one idea to the table.
What You’ll Do

Support our senior copywriter in developing campaign concepts across brand, social, video, audio, OOH, and experiential

Write headlines, scripts, and social posts that resonate

Stay on top of trends and competitors, and bring what you find back to the team

Partner with the creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop messaging for all marketing channels.

Ensure copy aligns with established brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines.

Assist in creating compelling product and promotional storytelling. Write product titles, descriptions, and keywords for new launches while applying SEO best practices.

Support seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns by developing copy based on creative briefs and target audience insights.

Review and proofread copy to ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and brand consistency.

Help maintain copy resources such as messaging documents, copy decks, and internal copy libraries.

Stay informed on cultural trends, current events, and developments in marketing, content, and digital media.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall business objectives.
What You’ll Bring

1–3 years of agency, in-house or relevant creative experience

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with careful attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong feel for social platforms and how tone shifts across them
-
Comfort with feedback and a drive to use it

Baseline awareness of Asana, Figma, Google Suite, Microsoft Office

A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative while seeking guidance and feedback when needed.
