Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at our Class AA community with 400 units in Kennesaw, Georgia. We're seeking an experienced, bilingual team player who is strong with Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
- Assist with In-House Turnkey
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate emergency repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and units to maintain community standards
- Communicate effectively with residents in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service
- Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- EPA Certification (Environmental Protection Agency)
- CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage work orders effectively
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
