Join our dynamic leasing team at a 250+ unit Class A apartment community in Dunwoody, GA. We're seeking an experienced and energetic Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service while driving occupancy and revenue growth. If you're a natural closer with a passion for sales and a commitment to creating outstanding resident experiences, we want to hear from you. This is an ideal role for someone ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a national company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional property tours and present lease options to prospective residents
  • Execute effective closing techniques to convert leads into signed leases
  • Manage administrative tasks including lease documentation, resident applications, and move-in coordination
  • Participate in outside marketing initiatives and community events to generate leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
  • Achieve occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in apartment leasing
  • Exceptional sales and closing skills with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work three to four weekends per month
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Customer service excellence and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to participate in outside marketing activities
  • Must pass full background verification
