Industrial Painter (Direct Hire)
Location: Warren, MI

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Painter for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision on both small components and large weldments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Apply industrial coatings including enamel and two-part epoxy systems
• Paint both small components and large weldments to customer specifications
• Mix and apply coatings according to technical data sheets and requirements
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production data
• Maintain painting equipment, tools, and supplies in proper working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with industrial enamel and two-part epoxy coatings
• Strong experience preparing and painting metal parts and weldments
• Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and detailed instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Understanding of customer standards, quality processes, and safety requirements
• High school diploma required
• Technical training, on-the-job training (OJT), or relevant certifications preferred
• U.S. citizenship required (federal project requirement)

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday (6am-4:30pm)
• Weekends as needed (6am-12pm)
