This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced property management professional to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across all aspects of community management. You'll manage financials, oversee sales and marketing initiatives, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and revenue optimization for the 300+ unit community
- Lead and mentor a talented property management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance coordination, lease administration, and compliance
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software to streamline operations and reporting
- Maintain community standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community value and resident retention
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional property management experience in multifamily residential communities
- Proven expertise in financial management, P&L responsibility, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and occupancy management
- Strong team leadership and staff management capabilities
- Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and apartment industry regulations
- Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
