Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs./week) 
Pay Rate: $62.77/hour 

Position Summary 

V-Tech Solutions is seeking a Subject Matter Expert III to lead Lean Academy training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives within a public health environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and maintain Lean Academy curriculum, training materials, and facilitator guides  

  • Facilitate monthly training sessions and cohort-based learning  

  • Coach teams on Lean A3 projects and track progress  

  • Support leadership development through Lean coaching and executive briefings  

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and program summaries  

  • Support continuous performance improvement initiatives  

Qualifications 

  •  2+ years of experience in program evaluation, Lean, or project management  

  • Knowledge of public health practices and systems  

  • Experience with training facilitation and curriculum development  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

  • Ability to develop reports and presentations
