The Role

The Right of Way (ROW) Permit Coordinator I is an entry-level role that supports network deployment and infrastructure initiatives by assisting with the preparation, submission, and tracking of permit applications.

This role plays an important part in ensuring permitting data is accurate, organized, and aligned to project timelines.

This role is remote within the Denver metro area and surrounding regions, with optional access to a WeWork location, though it is primarily work-from-home with occasional in-person meetings throughout the year.

The Main Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting Right of Way permit applications.
• Track permit status and maintain records.
• Maintain permit tracking data and monitor milestones.
• Support communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams for documentation.

Compensation

$65,000 - $108,000 / annually

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

What to Expect Next

Background Screening

If you are selected for a position, there will be a background screen, which may include checks for criminal records and/or motor vehicle reports and/or drug screening, depending on the position requirements.
