You will work cross-functionally with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver reusable, analysis-ready data products in a Hybrid (3 days onsite) model. Your work will reduce metric disputes, increase self-serve analytics, and improve decision-making across the organization.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

- Establish and manage a prioritized intake process for analytics requests, balancing quick wins with foundational investments
- Create and maintain KPI frameworks and single-source-of-truth metric definitions
- Own dashboard strategy: what to build, retire, and how to improve usability and adoption
- Partner with Data Engineering to shape data models, pipelines, and data contracts
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to ensure datasets are analysis-ready and reusable
- Act as the primary cross-functional point of accountability from concept through launch and iteration
- Write clear requirements for datasets and dashboards (metric definitions, grain, dimensions, filters, refresh expectations)
- Maintain documentation and usage guidelines in a team wiki
- Implement and run operating cadence: Jira epics/stories, sprint planning, prioritization, and release communication
- Drive quarterly planning, resourcing conversations, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reviews
- Define and track success metrics for data products (adoption, data quality, freshness, reliability, stakeholder satisfaction)
- Establish monitoring and incident triage processes and enable self-serve analytics through discoverability, documentation, and training
