The Role
Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Sr. Lead Talent Development Consultant to shape and drive our talent development strategies with a primary focus on technical capability building and
Mass Markets programs
This senior leader will consult with business executives, oversee complex learning initiatives, and elevate organizational performance through best‑in‑class development solutions.
This role requires thought leadership, strategic consulting, project oversight, and the ability to influence learning culture across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Consulting
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, identifying talent development needs that support organizational priorities and workforce capability goals.
Analyze performance trends, business data, and operational insights to design learning strategies and interventions.
Partner cross‑functionally to align learning programs with business growth, technology advancements, and organizational change initiatives.
Program Design & Development
Lead the end‑to‑end design of high‑impact learning programs, including curriculum development, learning roadmaps, skill pathways, and technical training solutions.
Oversee creation of instructional content, visual assets, performance tools, simulations, and digital learning experiences.
Ensure all learning products meet quality, accessibility, and adult‑learning standards.
Leadership, Mentoring & Collaboration
Provide senior‑level coaching, guidance, and mentorship to facilitators, consultants, instructional designers, and vendor partners.
Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely, consistent, and effective program delivery.
Build strong relationships with internal customers, establishing trust and long‑term partnership.
Facilitation & Delivery Excellence
Deliver advanced training, workshops, and leadership sessions—both virtually and in person—with mastery of facilitation techniques.
Adapt content dynamically to audience needs while maintaining learning objectives and engagement.
Program Management & Evaluation
Own the execution of large‑scale learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and strategic goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance learner experience.
Evaluate program effectiveness using Level 1–4 measurement frameworks; recommend continuous improvements and business‑aligned enhancements.
Operational Support
Maintain accurate training records, certification tracking, and performance metrics for trend analysis.
Support field operations and external vendor coordination through occasional travel.
What We Look for in a Candidate
5 –7+ years of talent development, instructional design, or learning leadership experience.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level learning initiatives and managing complex projects.
Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, stakeholder alignment, and strategic solution design.
Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and adult‑learning methodologies.
Experience mentoring and developing instructional design or facilitation professionals.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple commitments and work with minimal direction.
Foundational understanding of job‑related analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with Forged Fiber 37 products, services, and operational landscape is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced certifications are a plus.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
