Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2

You will join the production team as a Production Assembler 2, executing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to meet production and quality targets. You will impact output and product integrity within an assigned cell, working onsite on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). You will collaborate with peers and manufacturing leads to maintain production flow and safety standards.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and procedures
  • Conduct inspections of your own and others' work against company/customer drawings to ensure correctness
  • Apply process specifications and record production time and quantity data
  • Maintain work area per company guidelines and participate in required events
  • Perform basic welding, brazing, soldering, or operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press)
  • Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and accommodate variable schedules or additional hours as needed

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Skilled at routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Good manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field

Pay Range
