Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2
You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production moving and meets customer specifications. You will work onsite on a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm) and collaborate with production cell members and operations leads to meet quantity and quality targets. Your role directly impacts product throughput and adherence to safety and process standards.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations per company instructions and procedures
- Conduct inspections of your own and peers' work against drawings and quality requirements
- Apply process specifications within an assigned cell and record production time and quantity data
- Maintain work area according to guidelines and participate in required events
- Perform simple welding, brazing, soldering, and operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press)
- Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules, nights, weekends, and additional hours as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/electromechanical assembly
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in using hand tools and operating light machinery
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
- Good manual dexterity for working with small parts
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field

Pay Range
$18.14 - $22.68/hour
