Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2
You will help produce electromechanical components that support the organization's product lines, improving throughput and quality on the production floor. You will work closely with the production team and quality inspectors in an onsite, first-shift manufacturing environment (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). Your contributions ensure products meet customer and safety specifications and enable technical growth across multiple product lines.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and procedures
- Inspect your work and that of others to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings and specifications
- Apply process specifications and record production time and quantity data
- Maintain the work area according to company guidelines and participate in required events
- Perform basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery (e.g., sandblasting, electro-etching equipment, presses)
- Follow and demonstrate all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2+ years of electromechanical assembly experience
- Skilled in routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (combined with relevant work experience)

Pay Range
$18.14 - $22.68/hour
