Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will support assembly and test operations to help the team meet customer delivery schedules and maintain quality standards. You will work on-site on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM, Monday–Thursday) with initial training on 1st shift for several weeks. This is a 3–6 month contract role where your work directly impacts production throughput and product conformance.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform basic mechanical assembly and testing using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and inspection measurement equipment
• Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical test equipment and flow meters
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications to produce assemblies that meet product and customer standards
• Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities
• Maintain safety practices and foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas; ensure equipment calibration per schedule

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of general mechanical work experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Mechanical aptitude: select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Pay Range

$15.60 - $19.50/hour
