The Role

The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for building and promoting Forged Fiber's employer brand to attract top talent across a rapidly growing organization. This role owns the creative and strategic marketing efforts that showcase Forged Fiber as a destination employer, from recruitment campaigns and social content to candidate communications and employer branding initiatives.

The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, HR, and hiring leaders to develop compelling content, manage career-site and social channels, and drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Brand & Content Strategy

      Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand voice across job postings, career site, and social channels.

      Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that showcases Forged Fiber's culture, employees, leadership, and career opportunities through photography, graphic design, video, and storytelling.

Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

      Plan and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to build pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.

      Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to align messaging and creative with hiring needs across markets.

      Manage job advertising spend and channel performance, optimizing placements across job boards and social platforms.

      Support talent community and nurture campaigns to keep passive candidates engaged for future openings.

Creative Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Design branded recruiting materials including social graphics, digital advertisements, presentations, one-pagers, event signage, and career fair collateral.
  • Create visual assets that strengthen Forged Fiber's employer brand across digital and print channels.
  • Develop graphics, infographics, templates, and branded recruiting resources for Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Produce engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with company brand standards while continuously evolving the employer brand identity.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content — employee spotlights, culture features, and recruitment campaigns — for social and career-site use.

Social Media & Digital Presence

      Manage Forged Fiber's careers social media presence, including content calendars, posting, and community engagement.

      Maintain and continuously improve the careers website and application experience.

      Coordinate employee-generated content, testimonials, and employee advocacy programs to amplify reach.

      Design and produce weekly social media graphics that support recruiting campaigns.

      Create branded templates for recurring recruiting initiatives and employee spotlights.

Event Promotion & Recruitment Support

      Plan and promote recruiting events, coordinating messaging, logistics, and materials to drive turnout and candidate engagement.

      Design booth graphics, banners, presentations, recruiting handouts, promotional materials, and digital assets for career fairs, university recruiting, and community events.

External Communications

      Support external communications efforts that intersect with employer brand, talent, and company reputation.

      Draft and coordinate external-facing content such as press mentions, award submissions, and public-facing recruitment materials.

Corporate Communications Support

      Provide support to Corporate Communications on ad hoc projects and internal or external communications initiatives as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

      Partner with Marketing to ensure employer brand aligns with overall corporate brand and voice.

      Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to represent open roles and teams authentically.

Required Qualifications

      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

      2–5 years of experience in talent/recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, ideally supporting a growing organization.

      Experience managing social media channels and content calendars in a professional or brand context.

      Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms preferred.

Skills & Expertise

      Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for brand-consistent visual content.

      Working knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

      Comfort working with performance data to guide campaign and channel decisions.

      Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

      Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$87,000-$142,000

10% Bonus

What to Expect Next

Background Screening
