Become a Key Player as a Lumper

You will support the client's warehouse operations by physically handling inbound freight and preparing product for storage and distribution. You'll work onsite Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (overtime up to 2 hours before or after shift as volume requires), contributing to on-time receiving and clean, safe staging for forklifts and downstream teams.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Unload and floor-stack product by hand from containers and trailers
• Break down and restack pallets as directed
• Stage floor-stacked product for forklift pickup
• Keep the work area clear of debris and dunnage
• Assist with general warehouse labor as volume requires

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Ability to perform continuous heavy manual labor for a full shift
• Prior lumping, devanning, or freight-handling experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of safe lifting and stacking technique
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Required: orange reflective safety vest for facility entry and enclosed-toe shoes; badge access at all times; compliance with GFSI food-safety standards
