WHAT YOU’LL DO

Field Operations: Daily site walks, safety, logistics, trade coordination

Project Management: RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking

Estimating/Precon: Quantity takeoffs, bid tabs, scope reviews

Scheduling: Create short‑interval lookaheads and mini-CPM schedules

Capstone Project: Present a real project solution to leadership

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

·         10–12 week paid internship

·         Assigned mentor + weekly development check‑ins

·         Executive lunch‑and‑learns

·         Intern social events & team‑building days

·         End‑of‑summer presentation & evaluation

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·         Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related majors

·         Strong communication & problem‑solving skills

·         Team‑oriented with a desire to learn

·         Interest in a career in construction project management
