In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and retreading commercial truck and fleet tires while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. What You'll Do

• Inspect commercial truck tires and casings for retread eligibility
• Perform tire repairs and preparation for the retreading process
• Operate retread equipment, curing chambers, and related machinery
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the retread process
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with inventory handling and movement of tires throughout the facility
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship

• Ability to safely lift and handle commercial truck tires
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Previous tire retread, tire repair, or tire shop experience
• Experience working with commercial truck or fleet tires
• Knowledge of tire inspection and casing evaluation
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience
• Experience operating industrial or production equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or tire industry experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to work safely in a production environment
