Job Description

We have a client looking for a highly experienced Electric Pallet Jack Order Picker to join their warehouse team on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL 32258.

This is a high-skill warehouse position requiring extensive experience operating a Raymond Walkie Rider while accurately picking, staging, and moving product throughout the warehouse. Candidates must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Please note: This position requires multiple interviews and a paid probationary working tryout to evaluate your skills, safety awareness, and overall aptitude for the role before a final hiring decision is made.

Responsibilities

• Report to your workstation no later than 7:15 AM unless otherwise directed.
• Operate a Raymond Walkie Rider Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently.
• Accurately pick and stage customer orders.
• Move pallets throughout the warehouse as directed.
• Load pallets for shipping and unload incoming freight.
• Lift cartons weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe work environment and remain aware of surrounding equipment and personnel.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Raymond Walkie Rider is required.
• Previous order picking experience in a fast-paced warehouse required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, and squat.
• Comfortable using a box cutter and tape gun repeatedly.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
