Become a Key Player as a a Production Assembler I
You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to support production goals, following established instructions and safety procedures. You will work on the 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) in an onsite manufacturing environment and collaborate with the production team to meet daily outputs and quality standards.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per instructions and procedures
- Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
- Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
- Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
- Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heaters or ovens and perform in-process testing
- Follow and demonstrate all required safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work variable schedules or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Effective communication skills and ability to read English and understand process instructions
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience
- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience preferred
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with small parts
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
- Capability to perform basic mathematics and read/interpret company documents, safety rules, and procedures

Pay Range
$17.60 - $22.00/hour
