Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester Technician
You will assemble and test products that support the organization's on-time delivery and quality goals, working closely with supervisors, quality, and production teams. This is an onsite role on the 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm as listed) focused on hands-on manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules
- Perform lock wiring, subassembly, detailing, surface painting, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Use hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment
- Record test results and maintain required documentation and calibration records
- Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives
- Contribute to lean initiatives by identifying productivity and cost-reduction opportunities
- Observe safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED (must present diploma/GED prior to interview)
- Proof of U.S. citizenship as required by the recruiter notes
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, including assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions
- Ability to perform basic shop math
- Proficiency using a computer

- Post-secondary education in electronics technology or related field
- Soldering experience
Pay Range
$16.80 - $21.00/hour
