Become a Key Player as a Product Support Coordinator A

You will support production and shipping operations by ensuring accurate material handling, parts identification, and timely shipments. You will work onsite across 1st or 2nd shift schedules (onsite). The role operates in the US/Eastern timezone and interacts with material handlers, shipping/receiving teams, and production supervisors.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive and verify incoming raw stock; load/unload trucks and move material to proper locations
• Identify and code raw material; operate saw to cut stock to dimensional specifications
• Issue jobs per schedule and update shop floor, MRP and other systems
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment, complete shipping paperwork, and coordinate with carriers
• Receive shipments at the dock, verify counts, and perform data input to update inventory records
• Select parts from stock to fill orders, perform cycle counts, and maintain stockroom records
• Perform cleaning/degreasing of parts and basic equipment upkeep; observe safety rules and maintain a neat work area

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High School diploma or GED (will be verified during onboarding)
• Two years of related product support experience or demonstrated ability to perform the role
• Ability to operate moving equipment and saw equipment and meet OSHA safety qualifications
• Good knowledge of computer terminal operations and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work as a participative team player

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• Forklift operator certificate or prior forklift experience
• Experience with Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) functions

Pay Range

$20.00 - $25.00/hour
