Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Unloader - Sit Down Clamp Operator - 2nd Shift

You will keep inbound and outbound freight moving accurately and safely across the warehouse, supporting operations that serve internal and external stakeholders. This is an onsite, night-shift role (2nd shift) where your focus on quality, speed, and safe equipment operation directly impacts throughput and customer satisfaction.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive, offload, and load vehicles and ocean containers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, hand jacks, and related material-handling equipment
• Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and stage cargo for outbound shipments; prepare ULDs and label freight
• Match paperwork with freight, sign off Bills of Lading, verify counts, and document damages
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory accuracy
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Execute site-specific procedures (bond checks, DFT procedures, bonded import handling) and follow SOPs to meet quality and KPI expectations
• Assist with training new staff and recommend process improvements

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months of prior warehouse operations experience with this organization
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience operating sit-down forklift (forklift operating experience listed)
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet/exceed established performance standards (KPIs)
• Ability to follow SOPs and site security procedures

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$20.50/hour
