Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production moving and products meeting quality standards. You will work closely with production leads and quality inspectors in an onsite, first-shift role (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm) to build small, precision components and support timely throughput.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Perform routine assembly of small parts or components following standard instructions and safety procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards and basic schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
• Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
• Adjust, bend, align and solder fine wires; bond or seal assemblies with epoxies and perform in-process testing
• Operate hand tools and light machinery to complete assembly tasks
• Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures; maintain regular, consistent attendance

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 6 months to 1 year of assembler or related hands-on experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and company documents
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and follow written and verbal instructions
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship helpful

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• Aerospace industry experience
• Sewing machine experience or willingness to learn industrial sewing
• Troubleshooting experience with mechanical or electromechanical assemblies

Pay Range

$16.00 - $20.00/hour
