Become a Key Player as a Senior Maintenance Technician
You will keep manufacturing equipment running reliably to support production goals and reduce downtime. You will work onsite on first shift, collaborate with maintenance peers and operations, and provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and replacements on manufacturing and facility equipment (mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to diagnose failures
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability
- Administer and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintain required documentation and reports
- Support equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety and productivity
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff and equipment operators
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and maintain a safe work environment
- Support Facilities and Manufacturing Engineering functions as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Secondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, control wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Experience rebuilding pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, and related equipment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS; proficient with maintenance documentation systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

- Experience with HxGN EAM or similar enterprise asset management platforms
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, trade certifications, or equivalent formal training
Pay Range
$36.00 - $45.00/hour
