Become a Key Player as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist

You will keep inbound and outbound operations running smoothly so production and planners can meet customer demand. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with mandatory overtime as needed, partnering with planners, supervisors, and team leads to ensure timely, accurate shipments and receipts.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Ensure shipping and receiving processes are performed efficiently and accurately
• Enter job numbers in WW3 and verify part numbers and footage
• Prepare hose for shipping: box, pack to quantity, label, and arrange conformance certificates
• Call freight carriers for pickup and prepare all shipping documents
• Unload trucks, inspect for damage, and accept deliveries
• Receive raw materials, equipment, and supplies into WW3, label, and stage safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update shipping/receiving logs
• Partner with planner, production supervisor, and team leads to coordinate operations
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practices
• Know and practice safety regulations and quality guidelines
• Report production issues to the Direct Lead
• Perform work of equal or lower classification as needed

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High School Diploma or GED (international diplomas may need translation)
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
• Ability to read, write legibly, and communicate in English
• Ability to work with peers and adapt to production needs
• Comfortable using a pallet jack and standing forklift
• Ability to complete forms and documentation neatly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail when reading work orders and specifications
• Ability to stand and perform an 8-hour shift; guaranteed 40 hours/week

• Basic understanding of lean fundamentals (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)

Pay Range

$15.00 - $18.75/hour
