Become a Key Player as a Warehouse Associate - Lumper

You will help keep inbound and outbound freight moving safely and on schedule by performing hands-on material handling and staging tasks. You’ll support warehouse operations staff, freight carriers, and customers by executing receiving, loading/unloading, and quality checks in an onsite 1st shift role.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Offload and load vehicles, trailers, and ocean containers; handle palletization, stretch-wrapping, banding, and staging of cargo
• Verify paperwork, weigh/measure shipments, sign Bills of Lading, and report discrepancies or damages
• Operate hand jacks and perform manual material handling; work may include use of stand-up and sit-down forklifts where required
• Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork with freight, label shipments, and prepare ULDs for departure
• Execute site-specific procedures (bond checks, DFT/security protocols, handling bonded import freight) and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to track inventory and organize stock
• Perform picking, packing, inventory reporting/stock checks, and other logistics tasks per customer SOPs

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• At least 18 years old
• Physical stamina and coordination; able to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours/days as required by the site

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse or freight-forwarding experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$17.71/hour
