What You'll Do
Partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury community
Drive leasing performance through effective marketing and sales strategies
Create engaging social media content to showcase our community
Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
Work two to three weekends per month as part of our rotating schedule
What You'll Need
Previous Leasing Consultant experience
Proficiency with Yardi property management software
Proven track record in sales, and marketing
Strong social media and digital marketing skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
College degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience
