About the Role
As a Privacy Analyst, you are a member of the Patient Privacy Monitoring Services (PPMS) team. You will support our clients’ Privacy Programs by performing privacy monitoring of client data and conducting analysis within multiple software tools used by our clients. This position is remote.
Required Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree
- - At least one year of experience working in a health care delivery setting
- - At least one year of experience working with data analytics or equivalent experience
- - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy laws
- - Experience writing reports or communications
- - Experience in a customer facing support role
- - Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word to perform work duties
Preferred Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Health Information Management, or other related field
- - Experience working in privacy or compliance office setting
- - Experience using various software systems in healthcare or in data analytics
- - 2+ years experience working with data analytics or equivalent experience
- - Knowledge of the healthcare delivery process and medical terminology
- - Experience working with medical record systems
- - Experience working with healthcare billing systems
