We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Associate Product Manager to join our growing team in Troy, NY. As the Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product backlog, requirements, and roadmap. You will work closely with our customer success team, development team, and customers to help us deliver functional solutions that improve overall user experience, increase customer satisfaction, and extend our product reach.

What you’ll do as the Associate Product Manager:
  • Work with the customer success and sales teams to identify and triage customer requests for product enhancements
  • Work with leadership team to align customer requests with product roadmap
  • Conduct research to identify needs and market gaps
  • Research and analyze competitor products
  • Analyze, document, and wireframe prioritized features in order to create smooth transition to development
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and product development, to deliver functional solutions
  • Liaise with the marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of product enhancements
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in product management, product marketing management, or similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with User Experience (UX) Design, specifically creating wireframes is highly desired
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams and using Agile software development tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques is a plus
  • Strong time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Degree or certification in Business, Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or similar is preferred

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000+ per year, based on experience
