  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field and one (1) year of related experience or a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with two (2) years of direct care experience in an ID agency or equivalent.
  • Minimal supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others.
  • Working knowledge of computer software applications to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet and other agency related applications.
  • Current, valid driver’s license
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for direct supervision of the Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s). 
  • Oversees, monitors and utilizes the Caretracker system / electronic documentation.
  • Manage and maintain resident rep payee checking accounts, resident petty cash accounts and the House petty cash account.
  • Provides input and assists in planning and guiding each individual’s educational, social, recreational, work, and other activities.
  • Responsible for attending BRC and Psych Review for the individuals who reside in the group home.
  • Responsible for attending Individual Support Plans (ISP’s) and assisting with writing individualized goal plans.
