The construction manager will maintain and execute the project plan, schedule, and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, plans and specifications. The incumbent will also supervise and coordinate all construction activities including voltage electrical system replacement and create site specific plans and procedures to create a safe work environment throughout the job site
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 7 years experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Field Engineer or Quality Control Manager (QCM) on commercial/industrial type facilities.
• Must be able to pass FBI fingerprinting for a NACI.
• Review contractor drawings and specifications for constructability
NAVFAC or USACE experience a plus
