The ideal team member shall provide data analysis and training support to Department of Defense customers. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized and proficient in time management and must possess excellent writing and public speaking skills.
This position supports Army real property data analysis and user training objective for the Headquarters, Department of the Army. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of DoD and Army DPW operations and real property, GFEBS management concepts, including an understanding of the life cycle of a real property asset, an awareness with data elements and data types managed as part of the real property inventory, and a familiarity with real property guidance and directives (including DoD’s Real Property Information Model and Real Property Categorization System). The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual seeking to provide high quality data analysis and decision support products to the HQDA and improve users’ understanding and knowledge of the real property inventory data and systems used to collect and report it.

Job Responsibilities:
· Provides subject matter expertise for data analysis, and the creation and maintenance of customized reports.
· Serves as a subject matter expert for mining and analyzing customer data.
· Engages in cross-team planning and education related to data analysis and data model concepts.
· Ensures compliance with service data models and recommend changes to structures as needed.
· Translates customer inquiries into requests for execution by systems personnel.
· Leads cross-functional teams, sometimes combining government and contract personnel, to achieve a desired goal.
· Develops, supports, or delivers training materials in a classroom or virtual environment.
· Prepares training materials such as module summaries, demonstrations, and presentations.
· Conduct training follow up and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
· Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
· Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
· Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
· Consults with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.

Required Skills

· US Citizen with active SECRET clearance
· Bachelor of Arts or Science
· Working knowledge of database concepts and tools, to include at least two years’ experience with Microsoft Access and SQL query language.
· Superior skills in written and oral communications using email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, presentations, public speaking, judgment, and facilitation with two or more years’ experience in formal training.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
Optional Skills
