A national telecommunications company seeks a Wireless Project Coordinator in one of the following locations, Seattle, WA or Chandler/Phoenix, AZ. This is a long-term, temporary position expected to last 12-months. The position is hybrid: two days remote and three days onsite. The hourly rate is $25-$30.

Primary Duties:

The Wireless Project Coordinator will assist Wireless Project Managers with large scale service delivery projects for the Company's national and regional wireless carrier customers from sales hand-off to customer turn-over. The Wireless Project Coordinator will manage system updates, documentation uploads, reporting requirements and other ad hoc requests as needed. Additional duties include the following:

  • Support the Project Managers
  • Responsible for any special reporting that may be required for the projects themselves to the customers and/or internal organizations
  • Provide assistance entering orders and updating orders in CRM

  • Update Milestones in Wireless Carriers systems (e.g. Siterra, PACE)

  • Create and Maintain documentation as required by Wireless Carriers with appropriate naming conventions

  • Upload Wireless Carrier documentation into Wireless Carriers systems (e.g. FileNet)

  • Responsible for helping the Project Managers ensure that all identified milestones on the project are being followed up on and completed in a timely fashion in order to hit the project delivery timelines

  • Miscellaneous projects/reports as requested

Requirements:

 

  • 1-3 years of Data Entry or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Wireless Telecommunications experience

  • EXCEL

  • CRM experience

  • Knowledge of Wireless and/or Small Cell technologies

  • Understanding of project management fundamentals including requirement definition, resource scheduling, risk mitigation and change management 

  • Database management

  • Document management

  • Data/Order Entry

  • Strong attention to detail with intensity around producing high quality products and meeting deadlines

  • Experience in managing multiple vendors and resources to deliver time-sensitive documents

  • Experience in customer relationship management and possess the ability to adapt project coordinator approach to satisfy customer’s needs
